Meet our director
With over 20 years of experience working for well-known brands in the corporate IT sector, Rob decided to set up CyberBITS in 2018. With a passion for IT and doing things right, Rob wanted to bring his extensive experience and deliver corporate quality to small and medium-sized businesses.
Supporting businesses in Cannock and the wider Staffordshire area, Rob has created CyberBITS to make IT approachable, transparent and easy. Working remotely or in-person delivering a refreshing, reliable service that gives companies the confidence and peace of mind to focus on what they do best.
How it works
Here we discuss your current situation and how CyberBITS can support your business.
To maintain our high level of customer service we only onboard a maximum of two customers per month.
Once we have agreed to work together, we will begin the setup of your new support contract.
We have designed this process to require as little of your time as possible, and we will keep you updated along the way.
After the initial set-up and audit are complete we will asses your needs and recommend the relevant level of ongoing support you will require.
We have an extensive set of tools, and have the ability to tailer our level of cover to meet your individual needs.
You will receive direct access to our technicians, with a personal service.
No matter how minor the issue you will have the opportunity to speak to a team member directly.
We have designed our service to provide rapid response for our clients, without frustrating queues and admin.
When you become part of the CyberBITS family, you will be assigned your own Virtual IT Director.
You will work closely together so we can fully understand your business. We not only want to support your day-to-day IT needs but also work with you to enhance and innovate to future proof business.
